The following terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "bg555" or "Platform" — The bg555.mom website and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on bg555 or is using its services.
• "Account" — A user's personal profile and funds on the platform.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and accumulated funds may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or network, they must notify bg555 support in advance.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. bg555 reserves the right to immediately close any account where false information has been provided. If any details change, the user must notify the support team without delay.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account secure. The following rules are mandatory:

• Do not share your password with anyone — bg555 support staff will never ask for your password.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

bg555 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account, unless it is clearly proven that the loss was caused by a fault in our system.

4.1 Payment Methods

bg555 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). Transactions through any other method are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase due to bank holidays, technical maintenance, or security verification requirements. bg555 may request identity verification documents before a withdrawal request is completed.

4.4 Source of Funds

The user confirms that all deposited funds come entirely from legitimate sources. If a transaction involving illegal funds is detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and the authorities may be notified.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

When making their first deposit at bg555, users will receive a welcome bonus of up to 100% of their deposit, with a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. For a ৳32,000 deposit, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, and it applies to the bonus amount only (not on both the deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time from the date the bonus is received, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already active.
• Winnings from a bonus will be counted as cash after the wagering requirement has been met.
• bg555 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Each bonus is applicable once per user only.

5.4 VIP Program

The bg555 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.4%, 0.8%, and 1.2% respectively. Progression to a higher tier depends entirely on gaming activity and platform engagement. bg555 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

All games available on bg555 have their own rules and conditions, which are set by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.). Users are encouraged to read the rules of any game before starting to play.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and uncertain — no strategy or system can guarantee a result.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, bg555 reserves the right to void or reprocess the bet after investigating the problem.
• Any winnings obtained as a result of a software error will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bg555 platform and will result in the immediate closure of any account where they are detected:

• Opening multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of earning bonuses (Bonus Abuse or Bonus Hunting).
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to defraud the platform in any way.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or an ineligible person.
• Using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes in collaboration with others (Collusion).

bg555 will not be held liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If a game is incomplete due to an internet disconnection or an issue with the user's device.

10.2 Closure by the User
